OpenRoad's Climate Goals and Golden Rules represent our philosophy on how we wish to treat customers - both internal and external. Thus, the eleven Climate Goal statements illustrate our commitment to our Associates (internal customers) for a progressive, ethical and fair-minded workplace. Our Golden Rules remind us to always focus on our clients' (external customers) needs.

We believe every Associate is responsible for satisfying the needs of our customers. This is true for all positions and at every level of our organization. As part of our Mission Statement, each of us must "Develop strong, long-term customer relationships." We cannot fulfill this goal without the ongoing support of the company’s most valuable resource – our Associates. It is only through teamwork and collective strength that we can stimulate the kind of quality product and superior service that results in long-term customer satisfaction.

To this end, our Golden Rules are a helpful reminder to always focus on our clients' needs.
